The Animation That Changed Me - Masaaki Yuasa's Mind Game

Sublo and Tangy Mustard is getting a full Latin-Spanish dub by Art Team Studios and the first episode just came out! They did a really great job with it and are working on more. Check it out:
Also I'm finally gonna get around to putting my Fester Fish cartoons on Newgrounds. I just need to do a new widescreen HD re-render of the first episode, Fester's Nephew, since I stupidly made it in standard-def way back in 2010. Probably coming sometime within the next week...? Anyway yeah check out the Sublo dub!

There's a little bit of overlap but as the titles suggest, on Animation Industry we mostly discuss the practical side of working in the animation biz and making Sublo and Tangy Mustard, while on Storytelling Saga we focus on the creative aspects of both my indie Sublo work and my professional Bojack/Tuca work. Okay the new Sublo and Tangy Mustard episode comes out tomorrow, but I wanted to share this little bonus treat-- footage from our first recording session back in May 2015!
In the footage you can see me, Kevin (Tangy Mustard), Shannon (Ashley) and my cousin Jack, best-known in the show as Tito but seen here recording some extra walla. We recorded at Morph Productions in Toronto. Heather (Katy) also recorded that day but we didn't get any video footage! Kevin is recording the "Convention" episode here is it was originally going to be the season 1 finale, but I ended up holding it back and rewriting it for season 2.

I've just finished animation on Sublo and Tangy Mustard episodes 14 and 15! All that's left now is exporting/rendering and sound work. Episode 14 should be probably be online next week, I'm thinking May 21, with the next episode a couple of weeks after. I also have some bonus stuff to share-- stuff like an animatic, rough animation, deleted scenes, audio outtakes, some music etc.

Finally starting animation on the next two episodes of Sublo and Tangy Mustard tonight! Episode 14 is a short one and shouldn't take long, but episode 15 has 95 shots oh my god why did I count them
